Growing Fast
When a large international trade association, grew from about 6,000 to over 65,000 members in 140 countries, they turned to Kelmscott for their printing, fulfillment, and mailing of the organization’s exam and certification process. After members register, Kelmscott mails a package including a candidates guide and letter, with a full explanation to complete the exam. This initial mailing is followed by an exam receipt verifying the candidate’s registration. After completion of the exam, Kelmscott fulfills both pass or fail packages with certification announcements and collateral or instructions for re-taking the exam -- Kelmscott creates more than 17,000 new member kits each year. Roughly 65% of membership is international, requiring rapid turnaround from the Kelmscott fulfillment group to meet deadlines and get exam takers registered and new members enrolled. The total number of pieces printed and mailed by Kelmscott for the organization annually is between 3,000,000 and 4,000,000.
